Welding plays an important part in metalworking. Due to the different types of welding processes, a solution is possible for virtually any situation. In those cases where a permanent connection is necessary and a weakening of the structure is not acceptable, welding is preferred.

We distinguish:
- Robot welding
- Manual welding
- Welding pipes
- Point welding

Our robot laser machine has two charging stations. Where the robot on one loading station is loading the components, the other drive can be made ready for the next session. With a wide range and many degrees of freedom, the robot can also reach difficult places. Because the buildup tool is made in-house, we can produce very flexible and efficiently.
Features:- Type Robot Morotech P344
- Seven degrees of freedom
- 2 rotary charging stations Lmax is 2,100 mm.
- Manual welding
-
Snelder uses the most common welding methods to weld steel and, if desired, also weld aluminum. In order to ensure a constant quality, use is mainly made of bucket molds.
Features:- MAG welding
- MIG welding
- TIG Welding
- Welding pipes
-
In order to ensure a constant quality, welding of tubes is automated. The tubes are inserted and rotated during the MIG welding process
Features:- Tubes up to Ø 5/4 "(42 mm),
A larger diameter on request - Lmax = 13.000 mm.
- Tubes up to Ø 5/4 "(42 mm),
- Point welding
-
With spot welding, thin-walled metal products can be made without any material being added. This form of resistance welding has the advantage that no (tap) holes are required for alignment or fixation.
Features:- Power 50 kVa
- Max plate thickness: 3 mm
