The saw unit is able to shorten multiple length profiles simultaneously to product length. For a braam-free finish, the products are mainly drummed.

- Punching and Sawing aluminium

The punch saw unit is able to shorten aluminum longitudinal profiles and provide holes through the punching technique. This punching and sawing happens immediately after each other and takes only a few seconds for a product, depending on the profile. The molds for this machine are tailor made in our own toolmaking. For a braam-free finish, the products are mainly drummed.
