Snelder has machines that cut lengths of aluminum extrusion profiles into semi-finished products by sawing and/or punching. Feel free to inquire about the possibilities.

Types: Profile Editing
The sawing unit is capable of cutting multiple length profiles to product length simultaneously. To ensure a burr-free finish, the products are still primarily tumbled.

- Lmax up to 7,000 mm.
The punching and sawing unit is capable of cutting aluminum extrusions to length and punching holes in them. This punching and sawing takes place in quick succession and takes only a few seconds per product, depending on the extrusion. The dies for this machine are custom-made in our in-house tool shop. To ensure a burr-free finish, the products are primarily tumbled.

The assembly machine takes the punched and sawed rail housing profiles and fits them with plastic wheels using bolts and nuts to create the final product.
