Welding plays an important role in metalworking. Thanks to the various types of welding processes, a solution can be found for virtually any situation. In cases where a permanent joint is necessary and any weakening of the structure is unacceptable, welding is the preferred method.

Our robotic welding machine has two loading stations. While the robot is welding parts at one loading station, the other station can be prepared for the next session. With a long reach and many degrees of freedom, the robot can also access hard-to-reach areas. Because the clamping fixtures are manufactured in-house, we can produce with great flexibility and efficiency.

Snelder uses the most common welding methods for welding steel and can also weld aluminum if desired. To ensure consistent quality, clamping jigs are primarily used.

To ensure consistent quality, pipe welding is automated. The pipes are loaded into the machine and rotate during the MIG welding process.

- Pipes up to Ø 5/4" (42 mm); larger diameters available upon request
- Lmax = 13,000 mm.
Spot welding allows for the joining of thin-walled metal products without adding any material. This form of resistance welding has the advantage that no (tapped) holes are required for alignment or fixation.
