Greenhouse Horticulture Quality Mark

Both the greenhouse itself and the products used within it must meet high-quality standards. For greenhouse construction, there is therefore the HortiQ BRL 8000 certification. For all products and installations used in a greenhouse—such as transport, CO2, and control systems, as well as heating and water management systems—there is HortiQ BRL 8001. This certification demonstrates that suppliers of these products and services meet all requirements and operate according to clear procedures and criteria. With a HortiQ BRL 8001 certification, suppliers can improve efficiency and showcase their expertise to customers and prospects.

An AVAG Initiative

The HortiQ certificate based on BRL 8001 is both a system and a product certificate. It covers the organization and quality assurance as well as the quality of the delivered product. The latter is ensured because BRL 8001 requires compliance with a number of ISSO publications. HortiQ is an initiative of AVAG, the platform for suppliers in the horticultural sector.
